DIA (Digital Impact Assessment) is a flexible, multi-disciplinary approach to determining the environmental impact of a digital product or service and improving it while advancing our clients strategic goals - no matter the scope of the program
We learned through our research that we needed to create a flexible and adaptable tool that could be applied to a variety of frog shaped programs - from creating new digital products to redesigning existing experiences - with clients that had different strategic goals - from sustainablilty as a priority to sustainablilty as a nice to have.
frog will use our Digital Impact Assessment framework to assess environmental impact of the digital experience through direct measurement, benchmarking and estimation.
frog can leverage our best practices guides as a starting point for design or as a part of DIA track of work. The best practices guide is linked to the spreadsheet and can also be used stand alone.
A summary report that includes the assessment, prioritized recommendations, and a summary of next steps, frog will deliver an initial report prior to the impact workshop and a final report after the workshop.
frog will facilitate a x day workshop with the client to present finding and recommendations and align on priorities for high leverage interventions for improving environmental footprint.
